At Akaaro, Gaurav experiments with handwoven fabrics, metallic yarns, and unconventional materials to create garments that are both architectural and fluid. His work celebrates the process of making weaving narratives of time, technique, and tradition into each piece. Deeply committed to sustainability and slow fashion, he emphasizes ethical production and craftsmanship, collaborating closely with Indian weavers to reinterpret traditional methods in a contemporary context.
