A Palette of French Cuisine
During MBFW a one-off four course set menu designed to progress through French art history, from Impressionism to Modernism, with dishes inspired by the defining elements of each artist's work.
Course 1: The Impression of Light and Color
Artist: Claude Monet (Impressionism) | Inspiration: Water Lilies and the vibrant, fresh palette of his garden
Course 2: The Structure of Form and Place
Artist: Paul Cézanne (Post-Impressionism) |Inspiration: His still life paintings of fruit and the rugged, geometric landscapes
